William C. Frick

William C. Frick, 89, of Williamsport, passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 13, 2025, at Edenbrook South.

Born on November 4, 1936, in the same town he would later depart, William's life was a testament to modeling work ethic, continuous learning, and service. He served his country with honor as a Navy veteran before returning to his roots in Williamsport, where he built a distinguished career as an auto technician for more than 30 years. William also found love in Williamsport, marrying his dear wife, Elva M. (Green) Frick, on September 26, 1964. Together, they shared a life filled with joy and mutual support until her passing on September 20, 2017.

William's legacy is carried forward through his sons, William "Bill" Charles Frick (wife, Marge Tooming) and John Edward "Ed" Frick (wife, Kerri Frick), as well as his cherished grandchildren, Ian, Avery, Christian, Brielle, and Jameson Frick, and Katarina, Dominik, and Nora Pullisaar. Preceding him in death were his father, Clarence Henry Frick, his mother, Marian S. (Newman) Frick, and his beloved wife, Elva.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Knight-Confer Funeral Home, 1914 Memorial Avenue, Williamsport. Burial will take place privately at Twin Hills Memorial Park. Flowers may be sent to Knight-Confer Funeral Home in advance of the visitation. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory are welcomed to organizations that reflect his love for eagles and birds of prey, including the National Audubon Society, the American Eagle Foundation, or The Raptor Trust.
