Wayne A. Gower

Wayne A. Gower, 30, of Montoursville, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, June 1, 2024.

Born September 1, 1993, in Williamsport, he was a son of Jeff W. Gower (Dodi) of Williamsport and Esther L. Martin Carter (Bruce) of Williamsport.

Wayne enjoyed hunting, fishing, and working on his trucks, but most of all he loved spending time with his family. 

Surviving in addition to his parents and step-parents, is his daughter Isabella M. Wilson; two sisters, Tammy Toner (Troy) and Karyna Gower (Andrew Hunter); his fiancé, Tina Guthrie and step-children, Joshua Guthrie, Veronica Guthrie and Timothy Roupp; step-siblings, Markus Brewer, Derek Stydinger, Steven Brewer, Jeremy Carter, Cristina Shontz (Bill); nephew, Anthony; mother-in-law, Connie Lewis Schell; “Second Mom” Brenda Flexer and numerous extended family members. 

He was preceded in death by a step-sister Heather Carter. 

A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
