Wanda Lee Bieber, 73, of Montoursville, died Sunday, Feb. 23, 2020, at Manor Care Health Services North. She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Ronnie G. Bieber.
Born June 22, 1946 in Williamsport, she was a daughter of the late Wayne J. and Janice M. (Crist) Scruggs.
Wanda was a 1964 graduate of Williamsport High School. She retired from Hartman Agency after many years of service. Wanda enjoyed camping with the Amen Train, and was a faithful watcher of QVC. She was a lifetime member of St. Paul-Calvary United Methodist Church, and enjoyed being a member of Mrs. Long's Sunday School class, in which she developed many long-lasting friendships.
Surviving in addition to her husband are a son, Gregory Bieber, of South Williamsport; a granddaughter, Codi Bieber; two sisters, Carol Gundrum, and June Ashenfelder (Keith), both of Williamsport; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Wanda was preceded in death by a brother, Harold Scruggs.
A memorial service to honor the life of Wanda will be held noon Thursday Feb. 27, at St. Paul-Calvary United Methodist Church, 1427 Memorial Ave., Williamsport. A visitation will be held from 11 a.m. until the time of the service at St. Paul-Calvary United Methodist Church. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
