Rose's journey through life was marked by her unwavering commitment to those she loved and the community that she was a part of. She shared 31 beautiful years of marriage with her devoted husband, Marlin "Skip" Andrews, Jr. Together, they created a blended family that was a source of happiness for Rose. She was a loving mother to her daughters, Jody Woodward (Rich) and Jennifer Winters (Josh), and a guiding light for her step-children, Sean Andrews (Teresa), Shane Andrews (Stacy), and Robyn Andrews. She was a sister to Cyrus Ryan (Barb), and Deb Chilson, and also leaves behind her grandchildren, Rich Bergman (Katelyn), and Rachel Shuman (Brad), as well as four great-grandchildren, Vince, Oaklyn, Liliana, and Faith, and a loving assembly of 10 step-grandchildren and 16 step-great-grandchildren. Along with her parents, Rose was also preceded in death by her brother, Wayne E. Ryan.

A proud graduate of Williamsport Area High School in 1972, Rose was understood dedication and commitment. Her career spanned 34 years at Lycoming Engines in assembling, where she rose to become a respected leader of the plating department.

Rose's life was a tapestry of interests and activities that brought her joy and allowed her to connect with others. She was an exceptional hostess who enjoyed entertaining with parties, especially pool parties in the summer, and her cooking and baking skills were appreciated among family and friends. A passionate baseball fan, she not only rooted for her favorite teams but also enjoyed playing horseshoes. Rose was the embodiment of love, courage, and selflessness. Above all, her heart found its truest expression in the time she spent with her family.
