Patricia Darlene Alexander, 84, of Williamsport, died Wednesday, January 3, 2024, at Rose View Center where she was a resident for the past seven years.
Born July 20, 1939, in Williamsport, she was a daughter of the late Robert and Matilda "Tillie" Gramley Alexander.
Patricia was a 1958 graduate of Williamsport High School and a 1960 graduate of Williamsport Technical Institute. She worked in sales for the former Reeves Parvin and Williamsport Milk Products and also in the housekeeping department at Divine Providence Hospital.
Patricia was a lifelong member at St. Mark’s Lutheran Church where she sang in the choir and taught Sunday school. She sang in the Williamsport Civic Choir for 18 years and enjoyed sewing, crocheting and word searches.
Surviving are her brothers, James R. Alexander of Fla. and Byron L. Alexander of Mo. and several nieces, a nephew and cousins.
A funeral service to honor the life of Patricia will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, January 10th, at St. Mark’s Lutheran Church, 142 Market St. Williamsport with her pastor, Rev. Brian D. Vasey, officiating. There will be a viewing at the church from 10:30 until the time of service.
Burial will be in Wildwood Cemetery
