Maddyx Michael Vollmer, 21, of Williamsport left this world all too soon on Monday, October 23, 2023.
Born July 10, 2002, in Williamsport, Maddyx lived a life that was short in years but full of adventure, kindness, and a love for all things fast.
Maddyx was a graduate of CCA cyber school. His work ethic was evident from a young age, as he worked at Right A Way throughout his school years. After graduation, Maddyx joined the Williamsport Water Authority as a utility worker. Although his time of employment was brief, he found great satisfaction in his work and was known for his dedication and commitment to his job.
Maddyx was a true motorhead, with a passion for cars and motorcycles that was infectious. He loved attending car shows and meets, and was always on the lookout for a new vehicle to buy or sell. His love for speed was matched only by his love for working on motors, a skill he perfected with dedication and enthusiasm. Maddyx was fearless, always ready to take on a new challenge or adventure.
Beyond his love for speed, Maddyx was a hunter, shooting his first deer with his grandfather, and a skilled pool player. He was a participant in the 911 memorial ride, demonstrating his deep respect for those who serve and protect. Maddyx was always ready to lend a hand to anyone in need. Maddyx's life was a testament to living each day to the fullest, and his legacy will be one of love, courage, and an unquenchable thirst for adventure.
