Joyce D. (Bigger) Signor

Joyce D. Signor, 86, of Williamsport died Thursday, Oct. 13, 2022.

Born Dec. 1, 1935 in Cogan House, she was a daughter of the late Kenneth L. and Iva T. Everheart Bigger.

Joyce was a homemaker and devoted everything she had to her children. She enjoyed painting rocks, embroidery, coloring, and horses. Joyce’s favorite season was winter and she loved to watch it snow, but she also enjoyed her trips to the beach in the summer with DeEtta and Gail Steinbacher.

She is survived by her children, DeEtta Steinbacher, of Williamsport, Sandy Dunlap of, South Williamsport, Barry Signor, of Montoursville, and Rusty Signor, of Williamsport; grandchildren, Darren Dunlap, Kayla Dunlap, Loucis Signor, Nicole and Kyendra; great grandchildren, Payton, Brooklynn, and Gage Dunlap.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Josh Signor; her siblings, Jack Johnson, Ken Bigger, and Helen Johnson.

A funeral service to honor the life of Joyce will be held on Thursday at 1 p.m. at Knight-Confer Funeral Home, 1914 Memorial Ave., Williamsport. There will be a viewing from noon until the time of service.

Burial will be in Green Lawn Memorial Park.
