Janet C. Hall

Janet C. Hall, 90, formerly of Old Lycoming Twp. died Monday, March 17, 2025 at Valley View Nursing Center.
Born March 18, 1934 in Williamsport, she was a daughter of the late Dr. Merl and Margaret (Price) Colvin.
Janet was a graduate of Williamsport High School and Lycoming College. She dedicated much of her life to public service in Old Lycoming Twp. where she served as supervisor, secretary and treasurer. In her free time, Janet enjoyed crafting, making wreaths and lamps.
Surviving are four grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Hall; children, Douglas Hall and Cynthia Fritz and a sister, Carol Pigg.
A funeral service to honor the life of Janet will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, March 21 at Knight-Confer Funeral Home, 1914 Memorial Avenue, Williamsport. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Burial will follow in Wildwood Cemetery.
