Elizabeth Pauline Pottle Overdorf, 83, departed peacefully on April 22, 2025, at UPMC of Muncy. Born on October 10, 1941, in St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada, she was a daughter to the late Cluny Joseph Pottle and Matilda Beatrice (Ingram) Pottle and a sister to the late Francis Elbert Cleverly Pottle, Audrey Victoria Pottle, Margaret Ann Pottle, and Chesley Stewart Pottle.
Devoted wife to Harold D. Overdorf and cherished mother to Dale and Kathren Hensley, she wove the fabric of her family with threads of unconditional love and creativity. Elizabeth excelled as a homemaker, turning her passions for crocheting, cooking, gardening, and interior design into a warm and welcoming home. She was a living example of her faith, serving the Lord through The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints with a spirit of grace and devotion.
A graveside service to honor Elizabeth will be held 11 a.m. Friday, April 25, 2025, at Wildwood Cemetery, Williamsport, PA.
