Craig A. Koch, 60, of Williamsport, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, November 5, 2023 at his home.
Born July 16, 1963, in Williamsport, he was a son of the late Grant James and Iva Viola (Grimes) Koch.
Craig proudly served in the U.S. Army doing two tours in Iraq. He was a New York Yankee’s fan and enjoyed watching crime shows on television.
Surviving is his son Jason Ryan Koch (Christina Miller) of Williamsport; six brothers Grant J. Koch Jr. of Williamsport, Wayne A. Koch (Yvonne) of Williamsport, Steve L. Koch (Beverly) of Scranton, Keith M. Koch of Williamsport, Kevin M. Koch of Williamsport, and Wade E. Tilburg (Patricia) of Williamsport; a sister Lori A. Berninger of Williamsport; a granddaughter Alexis Koch; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Shawn Nathan Koch and a brother, Gerald L. Koch.
Military honors will be held at 4:00 p.m. Thursday, November 9 at Knight-Confer Funeral Home 1914 Memorial Avenue, Williamsport. Following the honors there will be a viewing until 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
