Burton D. Ayers, Jr.

Burton D. Ayers Jr., 75, of Williamsport died December 23, 2023, at his residence.
Born April 13, 1948, in Scranton, he was a son of the late Burton D. and Beatrice Webber Ayers Sr.
Burton served his country honorably in the United States Marine Corps during the Vietnam War.
He retired from the former Litton Industries. Burton was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting, fishing and collecting knives.
Surviving are two daughters, Nicole Edwards and Natalie Fox (Tim); two siblings, Kevin Ayers (Christine) and Bonnie Bailey (Lawrence "Rick"); seven grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
In keeping with his wishes, there will be no services.
