Barbara A. (Edkin) Guinter

Barbara A. Guinter, 81, of Williamsport died Monday, December 30, 2024 at Williamsport South Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. She was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, William C. Guinter on July 13, 2016.

Born August 17, 1943 in Williamsport, she was a daughter of the late August and Jennie Mae (Hoffman) Edkin.

Barbara attended the Williamsport Area School District. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Barbara was a member of St. Paul Calvary United Methodist Church.

Surviving are her children, Susan Mae Eck (William M.), of Apopka, Fla., Cindy L. Wrenn (Paul A.), of Shallotte, N.C., and William A. Guinter (Bella M.), of Williamsport; her grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and a sister, Evelyn Gramley, of Muncy.

Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family. Burial will be held in Green Lawn Memorial Park, Montgomery.
