Arlene F. Sager, 80, of Williamsport, passed away on June 28, 2026, at Edenbrook South. She was born on September 26, 1945, in Snydertown, a daughter of the late Edgar Brininger and Erma (Stahl) Brininger.

    Arlene was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and aunt whose greatest pride was her family. She is survived by her five daughters, Bobbie Jo Boutwell, Linda Emmil, Susan Schenck, Paulakay Miller, and Tiffany Boutwell; her three sons, George Emmil, Jeff Emmil, and William Emmil; 30 grandchildren; 56 great-grandchildren; seven sisters; seven brothers; and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

    Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister and five brothers.

    Arlene found joy in the everyday moments that made life meaningful. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family, working on word find books, crocheting, and watching game shows on television.

    Services to honor Arlene will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
