Annette C. Angus

Annette C. (Fairfax) Angus, 83, of Williamsport, passed away on Thursday, March 7, 2024, at Williamsport North.

Born on February 8, 1941, she was a daughter of the late John A. and Carol M. (Washington) Fairfax. Annette graduated from Williamsport High School in 1959 and continued her education at Catalog Community College in Michigan where she earned an Associate Degree in physical therapy. In 2004, Annette retired from Brodart after 25 years of service as a Group Leader. Prior to her career at Brodart, she was also employed at Highland Park General Hospital and Friendship Manor in Detroit, MI. She was a member of Maple Street A.M.E. Zion Church and the Nancy Wiley Wilson Temple #1036.

Surviving are a daughter, Diann C. Fairfax and several nieces and nephews.

Along with her parents, Annette was also preceded in death by two sisters, Marilyn M. Carter and Valarie J. Clay.

A memorial service to honor the life of Annette will be held 5 p.m. Friday, March 15, 2024, at Knight-Confer Funeral Home, 1914 Memorial Ave., Williamsport.
