Shirley McClain Obituary
Shirley J. McClain, 70, of Cogan Station passed away at home on September 10, 2019.
She was born in Williamsport on March 22, 1949, a daughter of the late Bernard and Irma (Waltz) Paulhamus, of Cogan Station.
She was married Sept 30th, 1978 to Stephen M. McClain. Together they celebrated 25 years of marriage before his passing in 2003.
Shirley was a lifetime member of the State Road United Methodist Church.
She was pre-deceased by her parents, her husband and her father-in-law, Harry McClain.
She is survived by her sister Diane McClain, Cogan Station, brother Larry (Connie) Paulhamus, Williamsport; children, Jodi Green, Williamsport and Wendi (Terry) O’Connor, Jersey Shore; five grandchildren, Derek (Andreanna) Kuhns, Codi Reeves, Autumn Green, all of Williamsport, and Hunter and Jordan O’Connor, Jersey Shore, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Per Shirley’s wishes, there will be no services. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to your favorite charity. Burial will be at the convenience of the family in State Road Cemetery.
