Sandra D. (Costley) Panning

Sandra D. Panning, 81, of Williamsport died Sunday, July 2, 2017 at Rose View Center after a brief illness.

Born August 18, 1935 in Chatham Twp., she was a daughter of the late Ivan and Wilda Fero Costley.

Surviving is her brother Keith Costley of Linden and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry A. Panning two brothers, Charles and Richard Costley and a sister Elizabeth Corbin.

In keeping with her wishes there will be no services.
