Rae-Alice Jacqueline (Mertz) Nagle

     Rae-Alice Jacqueline Nagle, 84, of Williamsport, passed away Thursday, December 13, 2018 at the Williamsport Home.

     Born August 16, 1934, in Lehigh County, she was a daughter of the late Lionel and Margaret Mertz.

     Rae-Alice was a high school graduate and was formerly employed at the Lehigh Valley Hospital. She enjoyed knitting, sewing, and going on cruises. 

     Surviving are a son, Wayne Nagle, a daughter, Michele Moyer (Daniel), six grandchildren, Desiree Keyes (Willie), Caitlin Shannon (David), Gage Nagle, and Joshua, Jordan, and Madison Moyer, 2 great-grandchildren with one on the way, three sisters, Roxanne Kerkusz (Ray), Diane Allen, and Janice Beck (Barry), many nieces and nephews, and beloved dog, Rocket.

     In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by three brothers, Lionel "Sonny" Mertz, Jr., Tyrone Mertz, and Luther Mertz, a sister, Robin Mertz, and a brother-in-law, Joe Allen.

     In keeping with her wishes services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
