Harold L. "Butch" Logue, 79, of Williamsport, passed away, Friday, July 19, 2019 at AristaCare at Loyalsock.
Born December 27, 1939, in Williamsport, he was a son of the late Harold and his wife Betty Logue and Elizabeth E. (Winner) Hanson.
Butch was a Williamsport High School graduate. He was the owner of Logue's Bootery and later worked security at American Home Foods.
Butch was an avid archer and was shooting archery up until last year. In his early years he enjoyed spending time on the river with his family, water skiing and boating. He also enjoyed snowmobiling in the winter.
Surviving are his three children, Chip L. Logue (Melissa), of Delaware, Lance Logue (Tammi), of Cogan Station, and Sherri L. Doebler (Billy), of Williamsport; seven grandchildren, Brittany, Morgan, Blaine, Latessa and Alissa Logue, Chanel Washington and Billy Doebler; six great-grandchildren; three brothers, William Logue, of Philippines, Michael Logue (Carol), of Williamsport, and Larry Logue, of Philippines; three sisters, Evelyn Oeler (Thomas), Jean Borrosco and Kathy Marshall (Buzz), all of Williamsport.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, Robert Logue; and a sister, Rosalyn "Betty" Bower.
A memorial service to honor the life of Butch will be held 2 p.m. Thursday, July 25, at Knight-Confer Funeral Home, 1914 Memorial Ave., Williamsport. The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until time of service at Knight-Confer Funeral Home.
