Elenor Marie Campana, of Linden, went to heaven on Saturday, September 8, 2018, at her home.
Born Jan. 9, 1927, in Nisbet, she was a daughter of the late Anton and Gertrude V. (Harrington) Mann.
A 1945 graduate of Williamsport High School, Marie was co-owner of Jet Rollercade, Linden, with her first husband, Jay A. Moore. She later was owner of Randall’s Cafe in Newberry for several years.
Marie attended the former Ascension Catholic Church and attended St. Joseph the Worker Parish Annunciation Church. She was a member of the Antler’s club where she loved dancing, VFW Duboistown and the American Legion Post 617. Marie enjoyed traveling, tending to her fruit trees and was an avid Penn State football fan.
Surviving are a daughter, Christina Beach (Galen), of Williamsport; two sons, Robert A. Moore (Dwenith), of Reno, Nev., and Jay A. "Tony" Moore, of Linden; step-children, Joseph Campana (Pam), of New Smyrna Beach, Fla., Deborah Kochuba (Leonard), of Mountain Top, Dr. Anthony Campana (Terri), of Jersey Shore; a granddaughter, Chelsea Beach, of Minersville; and many step-grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Marie was preceded in death by her first husband Jay A. Moore in 1966 whom she shared 21 years of marriage with and also her second husband, Dr. Joseph F. Campana whom she was married to for 48 years before his passing in 2014. She also was preceded in death by 13 siblings, Jack, Paul, Fred, Charles, Bob, Betty, Madeline, Carrie, Evelyn, Helen, Jane, Ester, Louise
A funeral service to honor the life of Marie will be held at the convenience of the family.
Memorial contributions may be made in Marie’s name to Susquehanna Health Foundation c/o Home Care and Hospice, 1100 Grampian Blvd., Williamsport, PA 17701.
