Wanda Y. (Glidewell) Eichenlaub

     Wanda Y. (Glidewell) Eichenlaub, 68, of Linden, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 5, 2017, at the Williamsport Regional Medical Center.

     Born July 9, 1949, in Williamsport, she was a daughter of the late Cleon Arthur and Hazel M. (Blair) Glidewell. 

     Wanda was a 1967 graduate of Williamsport High School and graduated from the former Williamsport Area Community College with a degree in Nursing. She was employed as an LPN at the Williamsport Regional Medical Center and various local nursing homes. Wanda retired from West Pharmaceutical Services.  

     She was a cat lover and enjoyed reading James Patterson book, bingo, word finds and crocheting.

     Surviving are a son, Christian M. Mundell (Michelle), of Linden; two grandsons, Christian M. Mundell II and Nicholas A. Mundell; a brother, Stanley R. Glidewell (Shirley), of Picture Rocks; two step-grandsons,  Anthony J. Golder and Alexander B. Clark; a step-great-grandson, Reese A. Golder; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

     A memorial service to honor the life of Wanda will be held 6 p.m. Saturday, December 9 at Knight-Confer Funeral Home, 1914 Memorial Ave., Williamsport. The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. until time of service at Knight-Confer Funeral Home. Burial will be held privately at the convenience of the family in Cogan House Cemetery.
