Jane F. Seesselberg

Jane F. Seesselberg, 86, formerly of Elimsport, passed away Saturday, Feb. 17, 2018, at Aristacare at Loyalsock Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

Born Feb. 23, 1931, in Hackensack, New Jersey, she was a daughter of the late John and Ruth (Ackles) Stumbaugh.

Jane attended Washington Secretarial School in New York City and did clerical work throughout her life. She was of the Presbyterian faith and enjoyed reading, cooking and gardening. Often times you could find Jane on a walk and pulling weeds. She had great love for her family. 

Surviving are three daughters, Kathleen Moser, of Allenwood, Jeanne Seesselberg, of Montgomery, Texas and and Lynn Sauers (Lou Allen), of Loganton; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. 

Jane was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Peter J. Seesselberg on Dec. 25, 2003. 

A memorial service to honor the life of Jane will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, February 24 at Elimsport United Methodist Church, 16145 Route 44 Highway, Allenwood.
