Gary A. Moore

Gary A. Moore, 59, of Williamsport, died peacefully Thursday, March 8, 2018 surrounded by his family at Rose View Center.

Born October 4, 1958 in Williamsport, he was a son of Clifford and Miriam (Cowher) Moore.

Gary was a 1976 graduate of Williamsport High School. He was a bricklayer for the B.A.C. Union Local #5 for 25 years. Gary enjoyed hunting and watching NASCAR.

Surviving are his wife of 16 years Melba A. (Bryan) Moore whom he married Jan. 25, 2002, two sisters Marcie Gardner of Antes Fort, and Laurie McMullen (Dwane) of Williamsport, and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother James Moore and a sister Barbara Inners.

A Visitation to honor Gary’s life will be held from 11 a.m.- noon, Monday March 12 at Knight-Confer Funeral Home 1914 Memorial Ave. Williamsport. Burial will be private in Wildwood Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
