Debra L. (Marsh) Lurch

     Debra L. Lurch, 55, of Jersey Shore, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, Oct. 28, 2017, at Jersey Shore Hospital.

     Born Jan. 1, 1962, in Baltimore, she was a daughter of the late Eugene Therman and Thelma Carrie (Quasney) Marsh.

     Debra attended East End Baptist Church. She enjoyed coloring, dolphins and loved caring for others. Most of all, Debra cherished spending time with her grandchildren.

     Surviving are her four sons, William B. Lurch Jr., of Chester Md., Travis G. Lurch, of Williamsport, Joseph E. Lurch (Emma Beatty), of Jersey Shore, and Steven B. Lurch (Natasha), of Montoursville; two daughters, Brittany M. Phillips (Arthur), of Williamsport, and Jennifer L. Bagwell (Syrinus); of Millsboro, Del.; and 13 grandchildren.

     In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother, Wayne Marsh.

     A funeral service to honor the life of Debra will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 4 at Knight-Confer Funeral Home, 1914 Memorial Ave., Williamsport. The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until time of service at Knight-Confer Funeral Home.

     Memorial contributions may be made in Debra’s name to the East End Baptist Church, 801 Washington Blvd., Williamsport, PA 17701.

     Debra was a member of the Gift of Life Donor Program, giving life a second chance through organ and tissue donation.
